THE PROCESS

Estimate

After the initial complimentary consultation, an estimate will be sent via email. Please allow a minimum of three (3) business days to receive your estimate/invoice. Once the estimate is approved, a 50% deposit is required in order to begin the order.

PDF Proof(s)

Once the deposit is received, please allow three to seven business days (3-7) to receive a PDF Proof. Once the proof is received and reviewed, all changes are to be submitted so that revisions are made accordingly. Please be advised that you will receive three (3) rounds of complimentary revisions. Additional revisions will incur an additional cost. Once the order is revised, approved and sent to production, Royale Amethyst Invitations will not be held liable for any errors overlooked by the client.

Use of Content

You are solely responsible for your use of content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials incorporated into your Products. You agree that you will not submit any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. By placing an order with Royale Amethyst Invitations you acknowledge that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize Royale Amethyst Invitations to produce the products on your behalf.

Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Payments are due in full before the printing and production process begins.

If an order is cancelled, the deposit submitted will be forfeited. All payments are submitted via Pay Pal using your debit card/credit card. Note: Submitting your payment via PayPal states that you agree to the terms of this contract. Due to the fact that all orders are customized no refunds will be granted.

Production Timeline

Please be advised that on average an order may take up to one to four weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the design. If an order needs to be expedited, Royale Amethyst Invitations will do the best to accommodate the client’s request. Additional rush charges will apply.

Pick up/Delivery

Please be advised that once the order is completed, the client will be notified via email or telephone and arrangements for shipment or pick up will be made. All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. priority mail. Note: Royale Amethyst Invitations will not be held liable for any damages incurred during shipment.

Minimum Order and Samples

The minimum quantity to order is 20 pieces and samples of your order are available for purchase.

Turnaround Time

On average an order may take up to two to four weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

Refund Policy

Due to the fact that all orders are custom designed, once all proofs are reviewed, approved and paid for by the client, the order proceeds to final production and no refunds will be granted.

Shipping

All orders are shipped U.S.P.S First Class Mail and usually takes 2-3 business days.

ABOUT

Kisha Kingston is the Owner and Creative Director of Royale Amethyst Invitations. Kisha expanded her horizons and turned a simple maid of honor duty into a creative design company.

It all began in December 2008, when Kisha had the opportunity to plan her sister's winter themed bridal shower. After unsuccessful attempts to find the right stationery for the occasion, she decided to get creative and design her very own. End result, a satisfied bride-to-be and the birth of a new venture.

Shortly after, Kisha started promoting her services to friends, family and co-workers which resulted in her being the "Go- To" person for their event stationery needs. Within months Kisha'’s services were requested for baptisms, baby showers, weddings and small business branding. It was the success of these past orders that led her to continue on the path of event stationery and start her own business.

Deciding the name for the business was quite simple and personal. Kisha decided to use her birthstone, Amethyst, and the royalty that the stone represents, hence the name Royale Amethyst Invitations. Using her work experience from the service industry and passion for designing, Kisha has acquired the basic skill of exceeding her client’s expectations without compromising quality, service and creativity.

Since the launch of Royale Amethyst Invitations, Kisha was nominated and won the 2010 Twinkie Award for Best Social Media Marketing Campaign, provided stationery for a book signing for LaChanze's latest children's book "Little Diva". Kisha also designed the stationery suite for the NAACP-Yonkers Branch Inuaguration, Restoration Inc. infamous "Restoration Weekend" getaways and a lucky bride that will be featured on TLC's "Four Weddings". Her company is also privileged to have clientele that exclusively uses her custom invitations to send to the offices of local politicians as well as the White House.

With her keen attention to detail and creativity, Kisha strives to create unique pieces that fit each client’'s vision. With Royale Amethyst Invitations expect to see stationery that is evoked from vision and brought to life through creativity.
