THE PROCESS
Estimate
After the initial complimentary consultation, an estimate will be sent via email. Please allow a minimum of three (3) business days to receive your estimate/invoice. Once the estimate is approved, a 50% deposit is required in order to begin the order.
PDF Proof(s)
Once the deposit is received, please allow three to seven business days (3-7) to receive a PDF Proof. Once the proof is received and reviewed, all changes are to be submitted so that revisions are made accordingly. Please be advised that you will receive three (3) rounds of complimentary revisions. Additional revisions will incur an additional cost. Once the order is revised, approved and sent to production, Royale Amethyst Invitations will not be held liable for any errors overlooked by the client.
Use of Content
You are solely responsible for your use of content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials incorporated into your Products. You agree that you will not submit any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. By placing an order with Royale Amethyst Invitations you acknowledge that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize Royale Amethyst Invitations to produce the products on your behalf.
Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Payments are due in full before the printing and production process begins.
If an order is cancelled, the deposit submitted will be forfeited. All payments are submitted via Pay Pal using your debit card/credit card. Note: Submitting your payment via PayPal states that you agree to the terms of this contract. Due to the fact that all orders are customized no refunds will be granted.
Production Timeline
Please be advised that on average an order may take up to one to four weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the design. If an order needs to be expedited, Royale Amethyst Invitations will do the best to accommodate the client’s request. Additional rush charges will apply.
Pick up/Delivery
Please be advised that once the order is completed, the client will be notified via email or telephone and arrangements for shipment or pick up will be made. All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. priority mail. Note: Royale Amethyst Invitations will not be held liable for any damages incurred during shipment.
